GUILDBOUND · WOW FOREVER
What is Guildbound?
A free fan project for WoW Forever, for those who have little time to play and want to use it well: searching less in chat, playing more together.
For you: the Compass
After every level, find an answer to “What do I do next?”: a guild run, trainer, dungeon quests or talent point. It fits alongside your game or video, from half a screen to your phone.

For your guild: plan runs
With Battle.net, you create your guild and invite your teammates by link, and together you plan dungeon runs with roles and item requests, and you don't need an addon.

In the game: the addon
The Guildbound addon is coming soon. We are still testing it. Export your character in the addon and paste the text under “Your Characters” after signing in. The Compass can then use it. You do not need a guild for this.

No sign-in required
The public tools work without an account. Talent drafts and character ideas stay in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Does Guildbound cost anything?
No. Everything on Guildbound is free, with no payment details and no subscription.
Do I need the addon?
Not for talents, classes, professions and guild runs, but for a character import, the addon gives you your character as text that you insert after signing up, and the import is a snapshot, not a live match.
What does Guildbound read from my Battle.net account?
A Battle.net login alone won't read your character; it only connects you to Guildbound; other members won't see your BattleTag.
Who sees the data of my guild?
Only your members. Dates, characters and item requests are not public.
Is Guildbound from Blizzard?
No. Guildbound is an independent community project and not an official offering from Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and its associated brands belong to their respective rights holders.
