Import a character

WoW Forever starts on Thursday, 05.11.2026, at 00:00. only then there are characters to export; you can install the addon beforehand.

1. Install the addon. Download the Guildbound test package Download and unpack the full folder ForeverWarband to Interface/AddOns of your Forever installation. Then fully restart WoW and enable the addon.
2. Export in the game. Type in chat /fth export The addon opens the copy text; copy it with Ctrl+C. The export is a snapshot, not an automatic live match.
3. Sign in here and paste your export. Sign in to Guildbound with Battle.net and paste the text with Ctrl+V.

For a character import you need this Guildbound test package. Export in the addon, sign in and paste the text under Your characters Check the preview before you take the character copy. You don't need a guild to do it. Your guilds see the copy; you can turn that off for each guild.

I want to plan a character

1. Open the Character planning and choose your class.
2. Compare the matching races and their racial abilities. Your selected faction determines which combinations are possible.
3. Choose up to two primary professions if you wish. You can skip this step.
4. Check the summary and remember your choices.

A plan is not an imported character snapshot. It stays in this browser; signing in with Battle.net does not sync it across devices. You can download your selection in plan management.

I am looking for talents or equipment

The Talent Forge Lets you experiment regardless of your character idea. Stored guest builds stay in the browser; a buildlink can be shared.

Best in Slot shows recommendations from the linked guides. Check prerequisites and availability in game. If no suitable 3D model is available for the selected race, the item list remains usable.

I am looking for a recipe or a dungeon

Under Professions you will find recipes, materials and skill ranges. Profession skill and character level are different values. For gathering professions, the recipe view is not a map of gathering locations.

The Dungeon overview connects instances with available map, boss and loot information. A listed level range does not confirm access or prove that every instance is already playable.

I want to bring my guild

Sign in with Battle.net and choose a name, faction and address for your guild. Then invite fellow players by link and plan a dungeon run. The The guild demo can be tried without signing in.

For a run, choose your display name, role and, optionally, an item. The name is self-reported, not a verified character import. After saving, you can see your confirmed slot and reservation status. Other members cannot see your BattleTag.

Already a member of For the Horde? Use the Pilot access, now directly on guildbound.app. It remains separate from the new guild areas until the controlled move.

My choices are gone or something is wrong

Private windows, deleted website data, another browser or another device may show a different local snapshot. Keep your downloaded plans. To report a problem, send the affected page and a brief description. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or complete private exports.
