Guildbound is a free, independent community project and the terms and conditions of the respective game operator apply to the use of the game.
What you can configure
Use guild names, display names and planning notes for your shared game plans. Post only content you are entitled to use and share with its recipients. Do not publish passwords, other people’s private contact details or sensitive personal information.
Unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, fraud and infringement of third-party rights are not permitted.
Visibility and Discord
Guild planning is intended for authorised members of your guild. Check your characters’ visibility before saving. If your guild has connected Discord, event details including meeting points and notes may also appear in the connected Discord channel. Only enter information intended for that audience.
Examination and measures
The operator reviews specific reports and possible violations brought to their attention. Depending on the content, severity and repetition, they may remove content, restrict its visibility or suspend the affected access. They consider the context, the rights of those involved and suitable less restrictive measures.
Decisions are made by a human. Where legally required, affected users receive a statement identifying the content, action taken, principal reasons and available review process. You can use the contact details to request a review.
