This information helps to check

Do not include passwords or foreign exports. In the case of a private page, a description is sufficient; do not pass on foreign access data or private invitation links.
What happens next
If we have your electronic contact address, we acknowledge receipt and tell you the decision. The operator reviews reports promptly, carefully and without arbitrary treatment. Decisions are made by a human. Missing information may require a follow-up question.
